The Best Day

Hello! It is such a beautiful spring day and I am enjoying the warm sunshine! Today I would like to share a LO created based on June sketch challenge from Scrapping Everyday Miracles .This sketch features the use of multiple pictures and encourages journaling. Most of my journaling is actually on the back of the page but I think it is so important to add a few words to each LO to truly document the event! This LO features pictures of my daughter and her college golf team!

Cherish

Another great sketch challenge has been posted at Colorful Creations today! I would love to invite you to join the fun and guarantee you will be inspired by our very talented Design Team! Today's sketch inpired me to step outside the box! I love bright and vibrant colors and with this sketch I felt like I wanted to try something a little more monochromatic in color. I used the Simple Stories Documented collection and was very pleased with the finished product! The picture featured on this LO is of my daughter's college golf team. Before each round begins they take time to pray together and share encouraging words and quotes. It has become a tradition that was initiated by my daughter four years ago and I hope it will be one of the lasting legacies my daughter leaves the underclassmen as she ends her collegiate golf career in just a few short weeks. The picture brought just the right pop of color to this LO!

Here is the sketch:

Here is my interpretation:

Products used:
Patterned paper- Simple Stories
Corrogated paper- Splash of Color ATC's
Metal embellishments- Tim Holtz and Paper Studio
